Poem For A Marine: 'MY SON'

LUBBOCK, TEXAS -

'MY SON'
My baby, my boy;
my teen, my U.S. MARINE

* I wrote this short poem for my son who will graduate July 1st, 2011 in San Diego. He is in 1st BN, Delta Co, Plt 1066. My grandfather was a Royal Marine, words cannot describe how proud we are of our son for choosing to serve his country for his fellow man. 'Thank you' to all Marines for everything that you do, you are all in our thoughts and prayers every day. God Bless.
