Nichols founded Motivational Drill Instruction 8 (MDI 8) as a scalable Outdoor Functional Fitness Exercise Program established to build general physical preparedness. The proactive approach incorporates natural and realistic exercises like walking, running, sprinting, jumping, pushing, pulling, lifting and landing that will prevent injuries and increase total body stamina.
Through MDI 8's continuous cycle training program, developed around military structure and discipline, members will endure strength training based on functional, compound movements. These compound movements will educate your body to work together so you can achieve an optimal level of physical functionality. With a variety of exercises that are executed with speed and intensity, you will find yourself in the best shape of your life!
